We were tasked with rebuilding the KFC careers experience to support high-volume hiring at scale while keeping the process fast and intuitive for job seekers. The platform was designed to aggregate and manage thousands of open roles across corporate offices and restaurant locations, with a strong focus on performance, clarity, and ease of use.
A key challenge was enabling candidates to quickly find the right opportunities based on role type, location, and availability. This was solved through streamlined search and filtering, clear information hierarchy, and optimized page performance to ensure fast, reliable results on both desktop and mobile. Despite an aggressive timeline, the site was delivered on schedule, resulting in a modern, efficient hiring experience that helps connect candidates with opportunities at KFC quickly and confidently.
